COVID 19 Security and Marshalls

We supply Covid Marshalls/Security and work closely with production Covid teams to ensure cast and crew alike are kept safe and adhering to the productions’ specific Covid protocols.

When the pandemic hit us 2 years ago we had to diversify our services when the film industry had come to a standstill. We, through a close contact of the company, managed to supply the NHS with security to protect medical staff and enforce COVID 19 protocols in Central London hospitals.

The film and TV industry then tentatively returned with the introduction of the COVID 19 protocols and we were approached by productions to supply Covid Marshalls/Security to various studios and locations based on the experience we had working within the NHS

Our operatives are fully trained and vetted, with a friendly, smart, and attentive approach. With our professional expertise you can be assured that the Productions Covid 19 protocols are maintained and protected.

The Marshalls operate in the following ways:

Covid 19 Marshalling

Meet and greet cast and crew as they come on-site; check that have a valid, up-to-date Covid test and conduct a daily wellness check. They are then issued with a wristband (specific colour for the day). If they are not up-to-date appropriate measures will be taken in a polite but definitive way.

To stand at the specified access points to controlled spaces, either actual buildings, catering areas, or any potential busy areas. Check that anyone wishing to pass has the appropriate credentials (ID badge and coloured wristbands) as well as maintaining a 2 meter distance apart.

In-house rapid response enforcement support, able to respond speedily.

Ensure that hand sanitiser, masks and all other PPE is in place and stocked.

• Set up and manage a Covid-19 safe working environment, such as setting up screens, taping up and arranging of workspaces in adherence to social distancing guidelines, displaying relevant signage etc.

• Implement and monitor Covid-19 safe working practices

Promote disciplined adherence to these practices on and off set.

Stay up to date with current Covid-19 developments and government advice and undertake Covid-19 online training where appropriate to cement understanding of the virus.

Offer support and advice to Cast & Crew regarding any Covid-19 concerns, and refer to Unit Medic where necessary

Liaise with Medical Staff, HOD’s, UPM and Producers to manage strategies.
